Lunchbox appoints James Walker to its Board of Directors, acquiring more than thirty years of enterprise experience across brands like Frisch's, Nathan's Famous, Cinnabon, and Subway.

NEW YORK, July 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Lunchbox, the premier restaurant technology solution for enterprise restaurant chains, announces the appointment of James Walker, CEO of Frisch's Big Boy, to its Board of Directors, effective as of July 2024. Walker brings thirty years of experience in driving strategic growth and innovation for major restaurant brands like Nathan's Famous, Baja Fresh, Cinnabon, and Subway.
