Ethan Crain and Rebecca Cady join to deepen industry capabilities

Building on a strong foundation in healthcare risk management and insurance, the addition of Ethan and Rebecca significantly deepens Lockton's commitment to the healthcare industry. They bring extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of complex healthcare risk to guide the practice as Lockton helps clients navigate rapidly evolving challenges. Their leadership will not only leverage existing healthcare talent and strengths but also drive an enterprise strategy forward through investment, resource alignment, innovation, and tailored solutions to comprehensively meet the evolving and complex needs of healthcare organizations.

Ethan Crain joins Lockton from Marsh, where he most recently served as a Managing Director for its Healthcare Practice in the Northeast. He has spent over 25 years working with healthcare clients and leading teams of brokers who provide solutions for complex insurance needs across all areas of risk in the healthcare industry. He is a multi-year Risk & Insurance Power Broker winner and sits on the board of directors of The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare. 

Rebecca Cady joins Lockton as a highly accomplished healthcare legal and risk management expert. She most recently served as Chief Risk Officer at Children's National Hospital and previously had a distinguished legal career at Grace Hollis Lowe Hanson & Schaefer. Rebecca is a former president of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and has been recognized as a Business Insurance Women to Watch, ASHRM Risk Manager of the Year, Risk & Insurance All Star, and RIMS Risk Manager of the Year.
