Lockton Names Paul Rodriguez as National Surety Practice Leader

Rodriguez succeeds Patrick Pribyl, who assumes the role of Chairman.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton, the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce that Paul Rodriguez has been named National Surety Practice Leader, succeeding Patrick Pribyl who has occupied the role since 2020. Pribyl will transition to the role of Chairman of the National Surety Practice.

Rodriguez joined Lockton in 2022 as the National Surety Growth Leader, playing a key role in expanding the firm's presence across the U.S. and strengthening partnerships with leading construction, infrastructure, and Fortune 1000 companies. He previously spent 18 years with Aon, where he held several leadership roles within its surety group, most recently as a Regional Managing Director. 

Rodriguez will be supported by a dedicated regional leadership team, including Janina Monroe (West), Evan Sizemore (Central), and Doug Irvin (East). 

As Chairman, Pribyl will serve as an advisor to Rodriguez and the broader practice while continuing to engage with clients and carrier partners.
