Lockton Appoints Tim Meacham as President of People Solutions

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton, the world's largest privately held insurance brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Meacham as the President of People Solutions. Meacham will be responsible for leading the vision and strategic direction of Lockton's People Solutions business across the United States.

Meacham brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success both at Lockton and in the industry. With more than 30 years of experience in leading consulting teams advising on employee benefits and human resources, Meacham led the National Operating Committee and served as Executive VP, COO of Lockton's regional business headquartered in Kansas City, MO with offices in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Nebraska. He joined Lockton in 2008 and as COO, Meacham oversaw significant growth, fostered a great culture and demonstrated his steadfast commitment to our clients and our people.

Meacham holds a business degree from Miami University and is a recognized leader in the industry. Prior to Lockton, Meacham held several senior management and production positions with Wachovia, Johnson & Higgins and Marsh, including Employee Benefits Practice leader in Washington, DC/Baltimore and northern Ohio. Meacham began his career in health insurance underwriting and sales with Group Hospitalization and Medical Services Inc. in 1991.
