Leading PreK-12 Teletherapy Provider Expands Executive Team with Two Key Appointments

Compagnola brings to Presence more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with deep experience in technology-enabled clinical service industries. Most recently, he served as CFO for value-based healthcare platform Carrum Health, where he was responsible for spearheading strategic and corporate finance. He was previously CFO at digital healthcare services company Nomad Health. He began his career at PwC.

Hogarty, the new CCO, previously served as CEO of Extend Fertility, a women's healthcare company pioneering a new model for fertility services, and held leadership roles at BuzzFeed during a period of global expansion. She began her career in finance with roles at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Kaplan. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Harvard College. She is based in New York.
In her new role, Hogarty will oversee all commercial functions, including clinical innovation, marketing, communications, service design and analytics. Her leadership will be central to delivering more value to school partners and families.
