Over the next 9–12 months, Brian's responsibilities (transitioning by Q2 of 2025) and Vivek's (transitioning by Q4 of 2025) will be seamlessly transferred to Dave Bethea.

Dave Bethea, currently the Chief Sales Officer at Teleperformance Specialized Services, brings a wealth of experience and a proven record of success in sales and operations within business services environments.
