Hyde brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning legal practice, executive management, and operational strategy and execution. In his new role, he will lead Latitude's company-wide operations to ensure that the company's infrastructure scales effectively to support its rapidly growing team, offices, and client base.

Earlier in his career, he was a corporate partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, one of the Southeast's largest law firms (now part of Am Law 50 firm Holland & Knight), where he advised clients on complex transactions and regulatory issues. He has also held leadership roles at Miller Ventures, focusing on investment and operational advisory services.
