Parsons joins LSPedia following a distinguished 16-year career at Rite Aid, where she advanced from Pharmacy Intern to Director, Pharmacy Compliance & Inventory. In her most recent role, she spearheaded pharmacy compliance initiatives, drug inventory strategy, and developed training programs while managing cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency. 

With deep expertise in compliance and regulatory strategy, operations and inventory management, and cross-functional leadership, Parsons brings a proven track record of aligning compliance excellence with patient care. She led teams overseeing Quality Assurance, Technician Certification, pharmacy training program development, drug inventory compliance, and centralized controlled substance ordering—all while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations across Rite Aid's pharmacy network.
