To reveal its full character, LOUIS XIII has created a first-of-its-kind tasting ritual that recreates the natural conditions of Le Grollet, allowing the blend to be experienced as it is by the Cellar Master within the cellar itself. Each decanter is presented in a bespoke cooling cellar, allowing the liquid to rest at a minimum of 13°C (55.4°F). As it warms in the glass, the flavors will continue to develop, creating an experience designed to be the first-ever temperature-driven ritual for LOUIS XIII.

Limited to only 398 decanters worldwide, this creation is housed in a reimagined LOUIS XIII decanter adorned with midnight-blue reflections inspired by the mystery, depth and darkness of Le Grollet. Presented in individual cooling cellars, LOUIS XIII BLACK PEARL rests in profound stillness – a dense, velvety embrace of beeswax, honey, precious wood, and patchouli, as if slumbering within ancient tierçons.
