LOCHNER ACQUIRES GREEN INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES TO EXPAND NEW ENGLAND BUSINESS

CHICAGO, Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- H.W. Lochner, Inc. (Lochner), a leading provider of transportation and water infrastructure planning and engineering services, is expanding its service offerings in New England with the acquisition of Green International Affiliates, Inc.  

Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Green is a trusted surface transportation, water resources, and civil/site engineering firm with seven decades of experience serving municipalities, regional authorities, state Departments of Transportation, federal agencies, and private sector clients.
