Archline, an existing portfolio company of Colmont Group ("Colmont"), continues to expand its strategic growth in the residential and commercial roofing services sector.

Colmont established Archline in January 2024 following its acquisition of ATD Roofing ("ATD") to drive a roll-up strategy within the residential roofing repair and replacement industry. Based in Charlotte, NC, Archline Service Partners is a rapidly growing network of market-leading residential roofing and exterior improvement companies, committed to redefining trusted service across the U.S. The addition of Premiere Roofing strengthens Archline's footprint and reinforces its vision of becoming a premier provider in the sector.

The investment marks LO3 Capital's eleventh since the fund's launch in September 2022.
