LA MADELEINE GIVES A WARM BONJOUR TO BRUNCH WITH MAJOR MENU ADDITIONS

New all-day brunch menu includes French toast and waffles in four indulgent variations, and much more

DALLAS, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- La Madeleine, America's beloved French bakery and café, has launched all day, every day brunch in a bigger and more delicious way, featuring over 20 new and updated craveable food and beverage items and the return of select customer favorites. The brunch additions now provide a whole new way to experience la Madeleine and the magic of brunch any time of day or week.

The expansive new brunch menu features a delicious, culinary-forward lineup of items including French toast and waffles topped with powdered sugar and whipped topping and served in four mouthwatering variations: 

• Classic – served traditionally with butter and syrup
• Fresh Berries – topped with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
• Maple Pecan – topped with cinnamon and candied pecans
• Blueberry Cheesecake – topped with cream cheese filling, blueberry jam and blueberries

Other delectable all-day brunch options include: 

• New Croffles, a savory and sweet croissant-waffle fusion that is crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, in two varieties: The Monte Cristo and The Benedict
• New Bacon Bon-Bon Brioche Sandwich with crispy brown sugar bacon, a fried egg, tomatoes, microgreens and French aioli served on a brioche bun
• Reinvented Avocado Toast, now served on Turano bread and topped with tomatoes, feta, microgreens and balsamic glaze

Also making their first appearance on the la Madeleine menu are handcrafted wine-based cocktails, available to order all day. The new brunch-inspired beverages include the Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini, Parisien Sunrise and Cosmopolitan.

In addition to all-day brunch, la Madeleine has added Dipped Croissants topped with freeze-dried strawberries or crusted pistachios to its permanent menu. It also has introduced limited-time spring offerings including the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich, cherry turnovers, cherry-topped individual cheesecakes and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
