James Starkes was recently appointed Director of Product, bringing a strategic vision to EDS' evolving suite of services. Since joining EDS in 2024, Starkes has demonstrated a strong ability to drive innovation and operational excellence. With a career spanning multiple industries, his expertise in product development and cross-functional leadership will be instrumental in refining and expanding EDS' offerings to meet market demands.

She holds a BA in Psychology and Criminology from NC State University, a master's degree in law enforcement administration from Methodist University, and is a graduate of the West Point Leadership Academy.

Her experience as an executive leadership trainer in the corporate sector further enhances her ability to foster strong client relationships. Stacey will lead efforts to expand the company's industry footprint while ensuring agencies receive exceptional support and service.
