Kensington Vanguard Expands in Phoenix

NEW YORK, May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Kensington Vanguard National Land Services ("KV"), one of the largest independent, full-service national title insurance agencies in the country, announces Chadwick Campbell and Scott Schmidt have joined KV's Phoenix operation. Campbell has joined as Arizona Counsel & Director of Business Development. Schmidt has joined as Chief Title Officer in Arizona. Campbell, a Duke University graduate, was most recently Underwriting Counsel and National Commercial Business Development at a major underwriter. Prior to that, he has experience as a litigation lawyer and as an officer in the United States Air Force. Schmidt was most recently Advisory Title Officer at another Phoenix-based agency. He has spent 30 years in the title industry working in various western states, 20 years of which have been focused on commercial title.
