Katy Marshall Joins LIM College Board

Marshall brings extensive experience driving growth and operational excellence in consumer-focused businesses

NEW YORK, April 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- LIM College today announced the appointment of Katy Marshall to its Board of Directors.

Marshall has nearly 15 years' experience in leadership roles within consumer-focused businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 brands. Her career began with global consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and among other positions has included management roles within high-growth organizations such as Glossier, Thesis, Calibrate, and Harry's, as well as Kraft Heinz where she co-founded and led its brand incubator, Springboard.

Marshall is currently Chief Growth Officer at Sollis Health, a concierge urgent and emergency care company.

She graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University in 2012 and went on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2017.

As a fourth-generation member of the Marcuse family, Katy will be carrying on the legacy of dedicated and visionary service that began when LIM College was founded by her great-grandfather Maxwell F. Marcuse in 1939.
