KROGER TEAMSTERS WIN STRONG FIRST CONTRACT

Local 337 Members Secure Major Wage Gains, More Paid Time Off, and Improved Working Conditions

ROMULUS, Mich., Aug. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Over 400 Kroger home delivery drivers at the company's Romulus Fulfilment Center overwhelmingly ratified a powerful first collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 337. The three-year contract delivers substantial wage increases, affordable health care, additional paid time off, and significant improvements to working conditions.

Workers at Kroger's Romulus facility voted by a three-to-one margin last year to join Local 337, becoming the first group of workers to organize at one of the company's fulfilment centers. Their victory has already sparked organizing drives at other Kroger facilities, including the Forest Park Fulfilment Center in Georgia and Kroger's distribution center in Las Vegas.
