First, Michael Tracy brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. He previously held senior executive roles at ConAgra Foods, where he led strategic initiatives across multiple categories, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and brand growth. In addition, he currently serves on the boards of several food companies, where his focus is on scaling brands, optimizing supply chains, and enhancing customer engagement.

Second, Troy Treangen, is currently the Chief Product Officer at NielsenIQ. He brings a deep understanding of consumer insights, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and operational strategy. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors, he offers a unique perspective that will help guide Juanita's strategic direction in an increasingly dynamic marketplace.
