Jennmar Acquires Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Acquisition Expands Service Offerings of Jennmar Services

PITTSBURGH, May 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Jennmar, a global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries and a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, today announced that it has acquired Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance, LLC ("Rohrig"), a provider of equipment maintenance and repair services to the construction, mining, and oil and gas industries.

This acquisition will expand the offerings of Jennmar Services ("JMS"), a Jennmar subsidiary and leading provider of contract labor and customized industrial solutions, including plant maintenance, trucking, excavation, reclamation, water transfer, fabrication and welding, steel erection, concrete services, and operations. JMS provides both underground and surface projects across a range of industries, including construction, oil and gas, mining, and industrial plant operations. As part of the acquisition, JMS will assume Rohrig's existing customer agreements and continue operating existing Rohrig facilities.
