JMP Breaks Ground on New 200,000-Square-Foot Headquarters in Greensboro

State-of-the-Art Facility Will Double Warehousing Capacity and Reinforce Longstanding Commitment to the Triad Region

GREENSBORO, N.C., Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- JMP, a leading manufacturers' representative specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing equipment, has officially broken ground on its new 200,000-square-foot headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina. The new facility will double the company's warehousing capabilities, enhancing product availability and service to customers across the Southeast.

Founded in Greensboro in 1958, JMP has deep roots in the Triad and remains committed to creating jobs and fostering economic growth in the region. The company's new 20-acre campus will serve as a centralized hub for distribution, training and innovation. It is anticipated to result in more than a 20% increase in the company's Greensboro-based workforce.

In addition to serving as its corporate headquarters, the new facility will house the JMP Academy, the company's premier training center that delivers more than 4,000 hours of continuing education annually to industry professionals. The site is designed as a comprehensive resource for contractors, engineers and facility managers, offering both immediate access to top-tier products and in-depth product and mechanical systems training.

The new headquarters, located at 238 Ritters Lake Road in Greensboro, is slated to open in the spring of 2026.
