Veteran Operator and Clean Energy Entrepreneur to Lead Commercial Strategy for Tokenized Private Market Infrastructure

Soanes joins Inveniam with over 35 years of experience in commercial leadership, operational strategy, and entrepreneurial success across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

In his new role, Soanes will lead the company's global commercial strategy, focusing on accelerating enterprise adoption, expanding partnerships, and scaling Inveniam's presence across private equity, real estate, and institutional private markets.

Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and Consumers Energy, gaining extensive experience in regulated markets, capital project development, and cross-border commercial operations.
