(Nasdaq: TILE), a worldwide modular flooring company and global leader in sustainability, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share, payable Sept. 18, 2020 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 4, 2020.
