• Ben Nicholas, EVP, Product and Design. Nicholas will lead the company's global product and design teams, delivering innovative solutions for clients. Nicholas has more than 20 years of interior design experience working on a variety of projects, including upscale, luxury, boutique and destination hospitality brands. Prior to joining Inhabitr, Nicholas served in executive roles for global design leaders Design Environments and The Gettys Group Companies.
• Shahid Javed, Managing Director, EMEA. Javed will oversee the company's regional business and operations in Europe, the Gulf and broader Middle East region. Javed has more than 30 years of experience leading global procurement and supply chain functions for international companies, including Aimbridge Hospitality, JLL, BP and Equity Office Properties. Most recently, he served as EVP and Chief Procurement Officer at Aimbridge, where he led a high-growth procurement and project management services business, creating a strategic value driver for the company and hotel ownership groups.
• Vikas Patel, SVP and Head of Finance and Growth. Patel will direct financial strategy, operations and performance, enabling Inhabitr to achieve its long-term goals. He has more than 16 years of experience leading financial strategy and operational excellence across various industries, including FF&E procurement, food and beverage, interior design and retail. Prior to Inhabitr, Patel was Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Design Environments.
