Imperial Capital Completes Sale of Integral Consulting to Audax Private Equity

TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Capital Group Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Integral Consulting, a premier science and engineering consulting firm providing technical solutions to complex environmental, health, economic and natural resource challenges, to Audax Private Equity's lower middle market Origins strategy. In connection with the transaction, Integral's management team and broader employee base have retained a meaningful ownership stake in the business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Imperial Capital partnered with Integral in 2022 to support the company's next phase of growth. During the partnership, Integral completed several strategic acquisitions while investing in its leadership team and operating infrastructure.
