Iacocca Institute and Stanton Chase Launch Strategic Partnership for Leadership Development

BALTIMORE, June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Iacocca Institute, Lehigh University's global leadership development center, and Stanton Chase's Baltimore and Washington DC offices are coming together to form a strategic partnership focused on leadership development, global citizenship, and career pathways for the Lehigh University and Iacocca Institute communities.

The partnership will help students and alumni build career skills and leadership experience while creating opportunities for discussions about global leadership and workplace trends.

Stanton Chase Executive Joins Iacocca Institute Advisory Board

Mickey Matthews, Managing Director at Stanton Chase, will join the Iacocca Executive Fellows Advisory Board. Matthews has held international leadership roles in Stanton Chase for more than 20 years, including six years as Global Chair of the firm.
