Veteran Leader to Drive Claims Innovation and Excellence Across All Product Lines

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ICW Group Insurance Companies announces the appointment of Lynn Moretti as Chief Claims Officer, charged with leading the company's claims strategy to drive innovation, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across ICW Group's expanding commercial and specialty products.

In this role, Moretti will lead ICW Group's in-house claims operations and oversee a nationwide team of claims professionals. She will steer best practices, proactive resolution, and continuous improvement to elevate the company's claims management services, ensuring the best insurance experience possible. Moretti brings more than 25 years of claims expertise to ICW Group, which prides itself on providing hands-on, compassionate, and efficient claims handling.

Moretti brings extensive leadership experience in claims and operations, spanning global and national markets. Most recently, she served as Chief Claims Officer for AmTrust Specialty, where she led international claims operations across the U.K. and European Union, introduced a centralized operating model, and implemented new systems to enhance efficiency and service. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at AmTrust Financial, Selective Insurance, and Liberty Mutual, where she managed complex liability and specialty claims. As an attorney, Moretti also brings deep expertise in litigation strategy, talent development, and change management.
