Book Now, Prime Hotels Fill Up Quickly for Award-Winning Trade Show

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Equip Exposition, the international landscape, outdoor living, and equipment exposition, announces housing blocks have opened for industry members wishing to attend the 2025 show. Being held October 21-24 in the Derby City, the show draws to the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) thousands of landscapers, dealers, contractors, hardscape experts, and outdoor power equipment manufacturers to see the latest equipment and learn from the most innovative and successful in their industry. Last year the show broke attendance records, attracting more than 28,500 registrants.

"Hotel rooms fill up fast, so you'll want to book where you'll stay now," advises Kris Kiser, President of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, which owns and manages the trade show. "Every year our attendance numbers go up, because every year, this show gets better. Last year we broke a new attendance record and booked over 32,000 hotel rooms. For Sam Gembel of Atlas Outdoor, attending Equip Exposition is about investing in himself and his employees, as well as learning where to invest his time and money to grow his business. Registration for Equip 2025 is open and winter pricing for attendee registration is only $25 through May 31, 2025. Hardscape North America continues to co-locate with the show. The blockbuster trade show brings more than $25 million annually to Louisville.

Since assuming management of the business-to-business trade show in 2022, OPEI has worked to energize Equip Exposition's offerings. The show broke attendance records in 2022 with 25,000 attendees, in 2023 with 27,000, and again in 2024 with 28,500.
