Hillwood Names Ryan Baumgartner as Market Leader for Houston

DALLAS, Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillwood, a Perot company and a leading industrial real estate developer, announced that Ryan Baumgartner has been named Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Houston. In this role, Baumgartner will lead Hillwood's local operations, advancing the company's development pipeline and reinforcing its long-standing commitment to one of the nation's most resilient industrial markets.

Baumgartner will oversee land acquisitions, leasing, marketing and business development efforts across Houston and surrounding areas. Previously a Vice President at Transwestern Development Company and Vigavi Realty, he has led development initiatives for more than 1.5 million square feet and supported capital strategy, construction, leasing and financial analysis for an additional 4 million square feet.
