ATLANTA and BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Otelier, a data platform built for hospitality, announced today that Highline Hospitality Partners (HHP), the hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partners, has selected Otelier to centralize and normalize financial and operational data across its hotel portfolio.

HHP sponsors and invests in full- and select-service hotels and resorts across the United States, with an owned portfolio of 21 hotels comprising over 5,500 guestrooms and representing around $1.7 billion in hospitality assets under management. Highline currently runs a centralized analytics capability via Highline Intelligence, its in-house technology group, where it manages a robust data and AI product development pipeline designed to support all of its investment and property management activities. The Otelier partnership will enhance the scalability and stability of Highline's current data foundation.

As the portfolio expands, the centralized data infrastructure will allow Highline to onboard new hotels and management companies more efficiently without recreating complex reporting processes for every acquisition.
