Helios Named a Workday Services Partner

Helios expands Workday partnership to support deployment of Workday HCM, Workday Financial Management, and Workday VNDLY

MINNEAPOLIS, June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Helios today announced that it has been named a Workday Services Partner. Through this agreement, Helios – a Workday Advisory Partner since 2018 and an Application Management Services Partner since 2023 – will become a deployment partner for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financial Management, and Workday VNDLY, continuing its existing work throughout the Workday ecosystem while also supporting new Workday customers with their initial deployment.

As a Workday Partner, Helios already supports Workday customers with access to comprehensive support including collaborative execution, embedded experts in client teams, Phase X deployments, and process reengineering to fully leverage Workday's capabilities.  Now, Helios will also support initial deployment, enabling Helios to provide end-to-end services to Workday customers that can be tailored to their unique budget, scope, and timeline requirements.

In addition to its longstanding collaboration with Workday, Helios has also launched the first apprenticeship program – called Horizons –to provide certified, work-ready Workday consultants to Workday customers and partners. As the demand for Workday professionals continues to accelerate, Horizons provides recent college graduates with training and career opportunities at no cost. Horizons apprentices are paid employees of Helios starting from day one of training, and upon completion, begin work on Helios projects, or join Helios' clients and other Workday partners.
