As part of the acquisition, ConnectaVerse Founder and CEO Isidro Helder has joined Helios as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global expansion, payroll and entity management. Known for his legal expertise, operational depth and people-first leadership, Isidro will lead the commercial growth of the Helios platform as it scales to serve businesses entering new markets worldwide.

ConnectaVerse's integrated network of more than 20,000 vetted local experts, spanning legal, HR, payroll, accounting and tax, will power new features within Helios.
