Heartland Paving Partners Appoints Dan Bresingham as Chief Executive Officer

CHICAGO, June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Heartland Paving Partners, a leading provider of commercial asphalt and concrete maintenance and repair services, announced today that Dan Bresingham has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Bresingham brings more than two decades of experience leading large, field-based service organizations through growth, integration, and innovation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Everon, where he previously led the company as President under its former name, ADT Commercial. In that role, he oversaw a $1.5 billion business with 5,500 employees across 50 locations. Under his leadership, the company delivered strong revenue and EBITDA gains, completed more than 40 acquisitions, and achieved double-digit annual organic growth.

A native of the Chicago area, Bresingham earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and began his career in finance and consulting with Arthur Andersen and PwC. He later held executive roles at HSM Security, Stanley Security, Protection One, ADT and Everon, where he developed deep expertise in private equity-backed environments and operational transformation.
