Newly Acquired Multifamily Property to Undergo Strategic Repositioning

LOS ANGELES, July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hawkins Way Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with over $3 billion in assets under management, announces the acquisition of 1321 N Sycamore, a 40-unit market rate multifamily property located in the heart of Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA. The acquisition is a strategic addition to Hawkins Way Capital's national multifamily portfolio and reflects the firm's ongoing focus on identifying and repositioning undervalued urban assets.
