NEWPORT, Del., March 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvey Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA), a multidisciplinary real estate investment, development, and management firm, announced today a strategic corporate realignment designed to strengthen leadership, enhance governance, and position the company for long-term growth. The realignment includes the formation of a Board of Directors, leadership promotions, and a renewed focus on strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Effective immediately, the following corporate governance enhancements and leadership promotions have been instituted:

• Formation of a Board of Directors – A Board of Directors has been established to provide strategic oversight, corporate governance, and financial stewardship of the company. The Board consists of John Harvey, E. Thomas Harvey IV, William Harvey, and Thomas Hanna, with E. Thomas Harvey III serving as Chairman of the Board. This structure ensures a balanced, forward-thinking approach to guide HHA's future.
• John C. Fannin III Appointed President – With unanimous support from the Board, John Fannin has been promoted to President of Harvey Hanna & Associates. In this role, he will oversee daily operations, personnel management, financial performance, and the implementation of strategic goals.

Following the recommendation of the newly appointed President and with the full endorsement of the Board, HHA is also proud to recognize two outstanding team members for their dedication and contributions to the company's success:

• Marge Billingsley has been promoted to Lease Administration Manager within the Portfolio Management Group.
• Angela Riddell has been promoted to Administrative Services Manager in a newly established Administrative Management Group.
