Hanson Builders Hosts Community Pop-Up Event at St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace

MAPLE GROVE, Minn., Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanson Builders hosted a Parade of Homes℠ Community Pop-Up Event at its completed St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace on September 13, 2025. The event, which marked the second weekend of the Fall 2025 Parade of Homes℠ tour, featured special guests and gave visitors the chance to tour this special, luxury home.

Touring for a Cause
The eventual sale of this St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace will directly benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, with one hundred percent of the proceeds supporting their vital mission: Finding Cures. Saving Children®. Tour guests were treated to a full look inside the home, which features five beds, six baths, a large sport center, and premium finishes.

Special Guests
Welcoming visitors to the home were three special guests: Shayla Owodunni, Janelle Craft, and Ben Leber. Owodunni, who operates a biophilic design and interior styling brand based in the Twin Cities, gave away mint plant kits to tour guests inside the home. Craft, a social media content creator, set up her signature lemonade stand in the front yard. Leber is a former professional football player and is currently a sideline analyst, television co-host, and radio broadcaster.

Join the Fight Against Childhood Cancer
The St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace is open to the public for viewing during the remainder of the Fall 2025 Parade of Homes℠. Open house hours are from noon–6 p.m. every Friday through Sunday in September, with the final day of public touring on September 28. Admission is $7. The home is located in the Evanswood neighborhood at 10190 Peony Lane N., Maple Grove, MN. Hanson Builders invites prospective homeowners to tour the home during this time and experience its luxurious design and premium features.
