Hanover Foods Launches GLP-1-friendly Skinny Veg® Line

HANOVER, Pa., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanover Foods Corp. announced today it has launched a new Skinny Veg^® frozen vegetable product line to serve the growing market of consumers using GLP-1 weight-loss medications.

The Skinny Veg^® product line includes four frozen blended vegetable and grain sides, each with just five simple ingredients: one vegetable, one grain or legume, avocado oil, pepper and sea salt.

The Skinny Veg^® products include:

• Skinny Veg^® Brussels Sprouts & Couscous
• Skinny Veg^® Spinach & Blackeye Peas
• Skinny Veg^® Riced Cauliflower & Lentils
