Halff Expands Energy Services with Acquisition of C&D Utility Consulting, LLC

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, June 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned and full-service infrastructure consulting firm, has expanded its energy services portfolio with the acquisition of C&D Utility Consulting, LLC, a San Antonio-based firm known for its expertise in electric utility infrastructure.

This strategic move enhances Halff's capabilities in providing electric distribution design and engineering services to public and private energy providers across Texas. In addition to electric utility design, C&D brings specialized expertise in communication pole attachments, permitting and fiber design, further enhancing Halff's integrated approach to energy infrastructure delivery.
