HYSTER-YALE DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

CLEVELAND, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyster-Yale, Inc. (NYSE: HY) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 36.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on both Class A and Class B Common Stock and will be paid September 15, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2026.
