Employee benefits solutions for professional employer organizations to help streamline HR processes and ensure compliance

CHICAGO, May 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Limited (HUB), a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, announced today the launch of HUB PEO Consulting, a consulting practice in the U.S. to advise clients that are interested in working with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). PEOs provide a variety of outsourced human resources services functions, including payroll management, benefits administration, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), workers' compensation and HR support.

With increased regulatory oversight and competition, the role of PEOs in small and mid-sized businesses has never been more vital. PEOs provide critical infrastructure, technology, talent and resources that would otherwise be unattainable for most of these organizations.

She has more than 15 years of experience as a Chief Compliance Officer, employment law and ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) attorney and was previously an In-House Counsel in a PEO. In her role, she will manage HUB's national PEO partnerships and strategies identifying opportunities to partner with PEOs, provide client strategy and guidance, and enhance the client experience.
