HCI Equity Partners Completes Sale of MSI Express

WASHINGTON, March 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- HCI Equity Partners ("HCI"), a leading lower-middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company, MSI Express ("MSI"), to Nonantum Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. The sale was completed on March 24, 2025 and the financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008, MSI is a contract manufacturing and packaging partner for leading food and beverage brands. Today, the company has 15 locations strategically located in six states and is one of the largest food co-manufacturers in the United States.
