LEED v5 requires project teams to complete climate resilience, human impact, and carbon assessments before design decisions are made, each typically tying up hours of manually pulling data from a lot of different public sources. Green Badger's free Signals tools automate all of it in just a few minutes.

Site Signal
By simply entering a project address (adding building characteristics is optional), Site Signal pulls data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, NOAA and CDC data sources via API, and pre-populates official LEED v5 D+C planning workbooks. It also creates a Methodology & Review Brief with detailed design considerations and remaining action items for the project team.
