Generate Capital Expands Capital Formation Team with Appointment of Paul Ross

SAN FRANCISCO, March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Generate Capital, PBC ("Generate"), a leading sustainable infrastructure investment firm, today announced the appointment of Paul Ross as Global Head of Investor Solutions, a key role within the Capital Formation team. This team encompasses Investor Solutions, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Structured Finance. In this newly created role, Ross will oversee engagement with institutional and private investors to support the company's growing platform and long-term investment strategy.

Ross joins Generate Capital with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a distinguished tenure at Bridgewater Associates. He joined Bridgewater in 2004 and most recently served as Head of the Investment Engine, leading a team of approximately 400 professionals—spanning research and idea generation, portfolio management, operations, and trade execution. Previously, he was Co-Head of Client Service and Marketing, where he focused on building strategic relationships with some of the world's largest investors and developed investment strategies and research tailored to their objectives. Ross served on Bridgewater's Operating Committee and was a Partner at the firm.

Ross's appointment reflects Generate Capital's commitment to building a robust investor solutions team that provides institutional and private investors with high-quality, mission-driven infrastructure investment opportunities. His experience navigating complex financial markets and fostering strategic investor relationships will be key as Generate continues to scale.
