GameChange Energy Subsidiary Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Nextpower

NORWALK, Conn., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GameChange Energy, a global provider of renewable energy infrastructure solutions, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, GameChange Solar Corp., has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nextpower in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The GameChange lawsuit charges Nextpower with infringing on a patent related to GameChange's proprietary high-tilt stow technology used in its single-axis tracker system.

According to the complaint, GameChange Solar Corp. holds U.S. Patent 12,449,161 covering the disputed technology and contends that Nextpower's products infringe on one or more claims of this patent. GameChange Solar Corp. is seeking injunctive relief to halt further alleged infringement, as well as monetary damages.
