GSC COMPLETES BOLT-ON ACQUISITION OF F&M TOOL AND PLASTIC

Transaction will fuel GSC's next growth phase.

ANN ARBOR, Mich., June 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GSC Technologies, Inc. ("GSC") announced that it has completed the acquisition of F&M Tool and Plastic, Inc. ("F&M"). This transaction for GSC will fuel the company's next phase of growth. Both GSC and F&M are leading manufacturers of plastic goods in North America.
