GLOBAL NET LEASE ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR SECOND QUARTER 2023 RESULTS

NEW YORK, July 13, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) ("GNL" or the "Company") announced today it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023 on Thursday, August 3, 2023 before the start of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, August 3, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET, to discuss the second quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. The results will be released before the call which will be conducted by GNL's management team.  A question and answer session will follow the prepared remarks.
