NEW YORK, Jan. 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Laurence Sax has joined Getzler Henrich & Associates LLC, (getzlerhenrich.com), one of the nation's oldest and most respected middle-market corporate restructuring and operations improvement firms, as a Managing Director in the firm's Boston office.

Mr. Sax has over 30 years of experience providing clients with corporate turnarounds, operational and financial restructuring, M&A, and bankruptcy services. He has served as CFO, COO and CRO for numerous companies. Addressing liquidity issues, developing cost reduction plans, implementing process improvements, and improving profitability, he has worked across multiple industries including fashion and apparel, retail, media, infrastructure, food, corporate real estate, and consumer products.
