New facility significantly expands modular cleanroom production capacity.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GCS, a leading provider of modular cleanroom systems, today announced the launch of its state-of-the-art automated cleanroom panel manufacturing line. Located within a 265,000 sq. ft. facility, this new production line represents one of the largest of its kind in the United States and marks a major leap forward in scalable, high-performance cleanroom manufacturing.

The new automated line expands the existing GCS U.S. manufacturing capability for custom panels and cleanroom doors which was established in 2024. With this launch, GCS has the capacity to produce over 2 million sq. ft. of cleanroom paneling annually, supporting accelerated project timelines and precision manufacturing across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing industries.
