Foundry Transitions Logistics Operations to Longtime Partner Compass Logistics & Marine (CLM)

ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundry Digital LLC (Foundry), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG) focused on digital asset infrastructure, and Compass Logistics & Marine (CLM), a licensed international freight forwarder and U.S. customs broker, jointly announce the transition of Foundry's logistics operations (Foundry Logistics) to CLM – effective January 1, 2025. As a result, CLM has launched CLM Tech, a new subdivision dedicated to serving the unique logistical needs of the technology sector.
