Fort Point Capital Exits EventLink

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fort Point Capital, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market business services companies, announced today that it has successfully completed the sale of its investment in EventLink Holding Company ("EventLink" or the "Company") to Serata Capital Partners ("Serata"), an Austin-based private equity firm, and Paceline Equity Partners, a Dallas-based investment manager.

EventLink, headquartered in Sterling Heights, MI, is a leading provider of execution and activation services for major brands and agency partners, specializing in large-scale, logistically complex experiential marketing programs.
