Flow Sciences Announces Executive Leadership Reorganization

LELAND, N.C., July 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Flow Sciences, Inc., a global leader in high-performance containment solutions, today announced a significant reorganization of its executive leadership team to position the company for continued innovation and growth.

Ray Ryan, currently serving as CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board, will transition from his executive roles and continue to serve as Executive Chairman, supporting Flow Sciences' strategic vision and governance.

Jonathan Mann, previously Senior Vice President, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mann brings a strong track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence to his new role.

Allan Goodman, who has overseen international sales, will take on the role of Vice President of Sales and Business Development and will be responsible for worldwide sales efforts, further expanding Flow Sciences' global presence.

Curtis Howard, who has dedicated 22 years to Flow Sciences and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, is retiring. The company expresses deep gratitude for his years of service and leadership.

Charles Kirksey, currently Manufacturing Supervisor, will become Plant Manager and oversee all manufacturing and shop operations, ensuring continued production and quality excellence.

Scott Williams, who has led the mechanical engineering team, will become Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, driving innovation and product advancement.

Robert Maszerowski will join the executive leadership team as Director of the Project Management Office, supporting the company's continued focus on project execution and client satisfaction.
