ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla., July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A large, oceanfront property in Atlantic Beach, Florida will be sold to the highest bidder at a luxury auction® scheduled for August 7, 2025. The 0.43-acre property sits directly on the beach at 1969 Beach Avenue, and offers 100 ft of ocean frontage and a depth of 200 ft.
